The recall is due to a safety hazard involving the waist drawstring on the jacket. The drawstring is longer than 3 inches when the waist is expanded to its fullest width and features toggles and knots at the end of the un-tacked drawstring. This design can cause the drawstring to catch on protrusions, such as bus doors or handles. If a person is dragged by a vehicle, this can result in injury or death.
