IKEA has received two reports of cabinets falling, but no injuries have been reported. Consumers should contact IKEA at (888) 966-4532 or visit www.ikea-usa.com to determine if their cabinet requires a repair. IKEA is offering a free repair kit, and consumers can also visit their local IKEA store to pick up replacement screws and repair instructions.
