Plain-English summary

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) is recalling certain 2024 Rizon FEC7K (E16), 2024 Rizon FEC9K (E18), and 2025 Rizon FECXK (E18) trucks. The recall involves 244 vehicles.

The defect is located in the electrical system software. While idling, the electrical control unit may transmit an error that prevents the truck from being driven. A vehicle that is unable to move as needed increases the risk of a crash.
