Jayco, Inc. is recalling certain 2021–2025 Entegra Launch and Jayco Terrain recreational vehicles. Grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak and fire risk.

Jayco, Inc. is recalling certain 2021–2025 Entegra Coach Launch, 2022 Launch LE, 2021–2025 Jayco Terrain, and 2022 Terrain LE recreational vehicles. The grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak.
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Owners should contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903619. Dealers will replace the support brackets free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 7, 2025. Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or visit nhtsa.gov.
