Porsche Cars North America is recalling certain 2022 911 Carrera, 2020 911 Carrera S, and 2021 Taycan Turbo vehicles due to missing welds in the vehicle body. A process error in the car body production line resulted in various welds being missing from the vehicle structure.

Owners of affected vehicles will receive notification letters by mail starting June 30, 2023. Dealers will inspect and repair the welds at no cost to owners.
