What this means for you

Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.

Our severity reasoning: This recall involves a structural vehicle defect in the electrical system that creates fire risk, meeting Severity 4 criteria. No injuries or fires have been reported, but the manufacturing defect in wire securement poses a real hazard.

Plain-English summary

Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC is recalling certain 2020-2021 Heartland Cyclone and 2019-2021 Road Warrior Toy Hauler recreational trailers. The transfer switch wire securement lugs may have been improperly tightened during manufacturing.
