Shyft Group will replace the fasteners, install a spacer, and inspect and replace the shock mount bracket as necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed on August 6, 2021. A second letter will be mailed once the remedy is available.
