Maintainer Recalls 2019-2020 International and Chevrolet Tow Vehicles for PTO Defect

The defect involves PTOs that were installed incorrectly. As a result, the attachment hardware may loosen over time. If the hardware loosens, it could cause a loss of transmission fluid. This fluid loss may result in the rear wheel locking up, which increases the risk of a crash.
