These vehicles are equipped with QR-D-S- and QR-TDS bracket assemblies used to secure D-cylinder oxygen tanks. The defect involves the bracket potentially loosening, which may allow the oxygen tank to become unsecured.

If the bracket loosens, the oxygen tank may become airborne in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury. The recall began on December 27, 2019.

REV will notify owners, and Ziamatic Corp dealers will refund the purchase price paid or provide replacement bracket assemblies free of charge.
