Entegra Aspire Recalled for Power Steering Hose Fire Risk

Entegra Coach is recalling certain 2011-2012 and 2015-2016 Aspire motorhomes built on Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation (FCCC) chassis. The recall involves 130 units where the power steering hose may be routed incorrectly.

The defect causes the hose to rub against the power stud on the starter motor, which can lead to electrical arcing and a power steering fluid leak. The presence of leaking power steering fluid combined with electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire.
