Tiffin Motorhomes is recalling certain model year 2017 Allegro Open Roads vehicles manufactured between June 7, 2016, and August 15, 2016. The recall addresses a defect where the driver-side wiper arm may sweep off the edge of the windshield and break when attempting to return to its resting position.

A broken windshield wiper can reduce the driver's visibility, which increases the risk of a crash. Tiffin will notify owners, and dealers will replace the driver-side wiper pivot shaft and extending linkage free of charge. The recall began on September 12, 2016.
