If the screws shear, the awning can unfurl unexpectedly while the vehicle is at rest or in transit. This increases the risk of personal injury or a vehicle crash.
Owners are instructed not to drive their vehicle until repairs can be performed. Nu Wa Industries will notify the one owner, and Dometic staff will replace the affected motor with a motor of a different design free of charge.
