Phenix Enterprises, Inc. is recalling certain model year 2009 and 2011 Ford F-650, Freightliner M2112 FLR-CNG, and Isuzu NQR trucks. The recall covers vehicles manufactured between July 22, 2008, and December 16, 2011, that are equipped with a Sure Power battery separator, part number 16511893 (model 1314). In total, 42 vehicles are affected by this recall.

The defect involves a Sure Power battery separator installed on the inboard side of the curb side rail. These battery separators may overheat. If the battery separator overheats, it can result in smoke and possibly a fire.
