CPSC and Roman Inc. are aware of one report where a candleholder melted and ignited a bathroom vanity. No injuries have been reported. The sets were sold at card, gift, hardware, and specialty stores nationwide from March 1996 through March 1997 for about $16. The sets feature brass plates reading "MERRY CHRISTMAS" and a hang tag labeled "Roman Inc...Made in Taiwan...Item 76530."

Consumers should stop using the candleholder sets immediately. To obtain a refund, consumers can return the sets to the store of purchase or to Roman Inc. at 555 Lawrence Avenue, Roselle, IL 60172.
