Chiquita has received 10 reports of children pulling the bottle tops off with their teeth, but no injuries have been reported.

The affected products are 8-ounce plastic bottles sold in four flavors: "Rollin Blue Raspberry," "Freestyle Fruit Punch," "Inline Orange," and "Groovin Grape." The bottles are sold in variety packs containing 24 units and feature the Chiquita logo and the text "Sports Blast...Naturally Flavored...Sports Drink." These products were sold at Costco Wholesale, Sam's Club, and BJ's Wholesale Club stores nationwide from March 1997 through August 1997 for approximately $6 per case.

Consumers can safely drink the product by completely removing and destroying the plastic cap. Unopened bottles can be returned to the store of purchase for a refund.
