World Imports Ltd. has received approximately 35 reports of these beds collapsing, with no reported injuries to date. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is also investigating similar collapse risks in metal bunk beds imported, manufactured, or sold by other companies.
Consumers who have one of these beds should immediately stop using it. To identify the affected units, look for "C" shaped head and foot end frames, a partial guard rail on each long side of the upper bunk, and a gold "Warning" label on the top of the C-shaped end frame.
