The affected equipment was installed between 1950 and 1993 at parks, schools, and fast-food restaurants.
Owners of parks, schools, or restaurants with Miracle modular play equipment should call Miracle at 1-800-523-4202 to identify their equipment and receive a repair kit designed to cover the metal decks. Consumers who notice unshaded bare metal decks on public play equipment are also encouraged to contact Miracle to help identify equipment that requires covering.
