Approximately 11,000 sets of baby pants and panties were distributed nationwide since 1988, selling for about $7 and $9.50 respectively. About 15,000 sets of sleeved and non-sleeved bibs were distributed nationwide before 1989, selling for about $9.50 each. The pants had labels reading "Mullins Square***Austin, Texas***," while the bibs did not have labels attached.

No choking incidents have been reported to date. Consumers should return the recalled apparel to the retailer with a sales receipt for a refund. If no receipt is available, the retailer will return the product to Mullins Square, which will replace the hazardous eyes and return the unit to the consumer at no cost.
