The recall follows 30 reported incidents of crotch strap slippage, disengagement, or tearing of the seat material. These defects could allow an infant to fall through the seat to the floor and become caught or entangled. One incident of crotch strap slippage is known to have resulted in a broken collar bone.

The walkers were sold for approximately $15 at McCrory, T.G. & Y, J.J. Newberry, McLellan, H.L. Green, Kress, Silver, Elmore, Britts, and Kittinger stores, as well as other retail stores nationwide.
