The specific toys involved are an orange lion's head with a bow tie on an orange handle, a yellow cat's head with a bow tie on a yellow handle, a green frog's head with a bow tie on a white handle, and a pink pig's head with a bow tie on a pink handle. Each toy has bulbous or flared ends measuring 3/4" to 1 1/4" in diameter and handles that are 2 3/4" long, with an overall length of 5.5". The toys are small enough to lodge in the throat of a child and obstruct the airway, posing a risk of choking and suffocation. While no choking incidents involving these specific toys are known to CPSC, similar shaped toys have been involved in choking deaths.

Between 8 and 9 thousand of these toys were distributed primarily in the northeastern states during the two years prior to the recall. Consumers should remove these products from use immediately and return them to the retailer where purchased for a full refund.
