The transformers are colored blue-gold or blue-yellow with a black base and are labeled "Power Pack Toy Transformer" near the on-off switch. No injuries associated with these toys have been reported to the Commission.

Strombecker Corporation is asking consumers to return the toy to the place of purchase or directly to the manufacturer at 66 North Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois 60624, for a full refund including tax and reasonably necessary transportation costs, or a replacement if agreed upon by the consumer.
