To receive a refund or credit, consumers should contact Youngo with proof of purchase or a photograph of the serial number located inside the mounting plate, along with a photo showing proof of disposal. Alternatively, consumers may return the product to a Home Depot retail store for full store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
