The adapters were sold at Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and specialty stores nationwide, and online at joolz.com, bloomingdales.com, nordstrom.com and amazon.com from June 2025 to May 2026 for about $50.

Consumers should stop using the adapters immediately, detach them from the stroller and register for a full refund at the address given in the recall notice.
