The saunas were sold online at Amazon and Walmart from January 2023 through December 2025 for between $68 and $100. About 1,000 units are affected.
Giantex has received nine reports of incidents where consumers reported burns to their extremities, and one incident of a second-degree burn. Consumers should stop using the saunas immediately and contact Giantex for a full refund.
