Dupray USA LLC is recalling Dupray Neat Steam Cleaners (Model Number DUP020WNA) due to a risk of the boiler rupturing. A rupture can occur if the unit is overfilled, corroded, or if the pressure release valve malfunctions, potentially causing burns or serious injury to users or bystanders.

There have been 15 reports of boiler ruptures, including four reports of minor burns, bruises, lacerations, and a broken wrist, as well as at least seven reports of minor property damage. The affected units include approximately 651,145 units sold in the U.S. and about 96,530 units sold in Canada.
