Consumers should stop using the bumpers immediately and request a full refund: items bought in store at MacroBaby can be returned there, and online purchasers should email [email protected] with the subject line "Crib Bumper Recall - Refund Request", including name, phone number and a photo showing the bumper cut in half as proof of destruction.
