These playground seesaws allow children to stand, sit, lie down, and crawl into a tunnel. If a child accidentally falls underneath the tunnel, the end of the seesaw plank can land on them, creating a risk of serious injury and crush hazard.

The firm has received two injury reports. In one incident, a child sustained a liver laceration when the seesaw plank landed on her abdomen. In the second incident, a child suffered fractures to his right tibia and right fibula when the plank landed on him.

The recalled units were sold nationwide through Playworld Systems sales representatives and authorized independent sales representatives from October 2014 through March 2025, priced between $13,450 and $13,600.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled teeter tunnels and contact Playworld Systems to schedule a free repair. A certified playground installer will be sent to repair the unit.
