The recalled teethers are made of multi-colored beads with a cross at the end and include Rosary models Assisi, Little Flower, God's Grace, Cecilia, John the Baptist, and Divine Mercy, as well as Decade models Genesis, Maccabees, Ester, Wisdom, Divine Mercy, Psalm, and Proverbs.

The safety snap clasp on the teethers can detach, posing a choking hazard. Chews Life has received 92 reports of the clasp detaching. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled teethers and contact Chews Life to receive a free repair. Chews Life will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the teethers and will mail the repaired teethers back to consumers at no charge.
