Approximately 60 units were sold online at Amazon.com from April 2022 through November 2022 for about $24 each.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets. To obtain a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, take a photo of the destroyed helmet, and email the photo to Yangxi at [email protected].
