What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: The hazard explicitly includes "risk of death" and "serious injury hazard" if the safe is used to store firearms. Although no injuries have been reported, the stated risk of death and serious injury, combined with confirmed reports of the lock failing to secure (15 reports), meets the criterion for Severe (Class II with risk of serious injury or significant property damage reports).
