The affected nightgowns were sold in short sleeves in sizes 110, 120, 130, 140, and 150, available in 13 colors: clear blue, lilac, light blue, light green, light gray, gray, pink, navy, light pink, purple, rose, white, and yellow. Approximately 16,800 units were sold exclusively online at Amazon.com from May 2020 through July 2023 for between $10 and $20 each. The importer is Shenzhen Weite Information Technology Co., Ltd., of China.

The nightgowns fail to comply with federal flammability standards, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. No injuries have been reported to date.

Consumers should immediately remove the recalled nightgowns from children and stop using them. To obtain a refund, consumers should destroy the nightgowns by cutting them both vertically and horizontally, dispose of them in accordance with local and state recycling laws, and send a photo of the destroyed nightgowns to Ekouaer at [email protected]. Upon receipt of the photo, consumers will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
