The recalled basket contains a blue crocheted ball, a wooden ball, and a red rubber ball, each measuring approximately 3.5 inches. The swirls sewn onto the exterior of the blue crocheted ball can separate, exposing small parts that pose a choking hazard to young children.

About 2,700 units were sold online at www.monti.com from July 2022 through February 2023 for approximately $50 per set or $195 for the subscription box. The firm has received two reports of small parts being released from the ball. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and contact Monti Kids for a $12 refund. To receive the refund, consumers must destroy the blue crocheted ball by cutting it in half, throwing it in the garbage, and sending a photo of the destroyed ball to [email protected] along with their refund preference.
