These natural wood floor beds were sold online through Zipadeekids.com and Zipadee's Etsy shop between February 2018 and September 2021, priced between $260 and $900.

The beds pose a serious entrapment and strangulation hazard. The spindles are spaced at a distance that allows a child's torso to slip through the rail opening, but prevents the child's head from passing through. This design creates a risk of entrapment and strangulation that could result in death. The beds are intended for children 18 months and older.

At least two children have become entrapped in the bed rails. A 21-month-old boy became entrapped with no injuries sustained, and a 4-year-old girl became entrapped in February 2023 and sustained minor injuries.

Consumers should dispose of the recalled beds immediately. Do not resell or donate them, as it is a violation of federal law to sell or distribute recalled products. The manufacturer has filed for dissolution with the State of Ohio and cannot offer a remedy.
