What this means for you

Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.

Our severity reasoning: The recall meets the Severe (4) criterion: there are documented injury reports including severe cuts requiring emergency treatment and stitches, as well as ingestion incidents requiring medical attention. No deaths are reported, so it does not reach Critical (5).
