Mianzhu Ye Xin Trading Co. LTD is recalling NewCosplay branded children's sleepwear because the garments fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. The recalled sleepwear are button-up, long-sleeved, one-piece garments made of 100% polyester, sold in sizes 4T through 10 years, and available in twelve character designs including yellow chicken, white chicken, raccoon, koala, giraffe, cow, panda, purple unicorn, rainbow yellow unicorn, pink unicorn, blue unicorn, and star unicorn.

About 780 units were sold exclusively online at Amazon from November 2021 through May 2022 for between $17 and $26. Garments have a side seam label showing fiber content and washing instructions, and a sewn-in neck label displaying the size and "NEWCOSPLAY" brand name. The product was manufactured by Suzhou Rongtai Home Textile Co. Ltd. of China and imported by Mianzhu Ye Xin Trading Co. LTD of China.

No injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately remove the recalled sleepwear from children and stop using them. For a full refund, consumers must destroy the garments by cutting them in half, photograph the destroyed garment, and email the photo to [email protected].
