Children's Mini Danica Loungewear Sets Recalled for Burn Hazard Risk
BuddyLove is recalling about 940 children's Mini Danica loungewear sets (sizes 3–12) sold from October 2023 through July 2024 because they violate federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a burn hazard and risk of serious injury or death.
What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: The hazard involves risk of serious injury (burn hazard) and death from violation of federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. Although no illnesses or injuries have been reported, the serious nature of the risk and the child-safety context satisfy the rubric criterion for High severity.
