NewCosplay Children's Sleepwear Recalled for Flammability Standards Violation

Shanghai Jinhui Gardening Center's NewCosplay brand children's sleepwear is being recalled due to violation of federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear. The recalled products are long-sleeved button-up, one-piece sleepwear made of 100% polyester, sold in sizes 4T through 10 in panda, dinosaur, and cow character designs. Approximately 1,930 units were distributed.

The non-compliant sleepwear poses a risk of burn injuries to children. No injuries have been reported to date.

The product was sold exclusively online at Amazon.com between October 2021 and May 2022 for between $17 and $26. Consumers should immediately remove the sleepwear from children and stop using it. To receive a full refund, consumers should destroy the garments by cutting them in half, email a photo of the destroyed garment to Shanghai Jinhui Gardening Center at [email protected], and upon receipt of the photo will be issued a full refund.
