Rossignol All Track DH Bicycles Recalled Due to Fall Hazard

Rossignol is recalling approximately 150 Rossignol 2018 and 2019 model year All Track DH bicycles sold in the United States (and 24 units sold in Canada). The bicycles were produced in Matte Black (2018) and Chartreuse green (2019). They were sold by Rossignol dealers and rental resorts nationwide from March 2018 through October 2020 for about $3,800.

The bicycles have a defect at the head tube area, where the fork connects to the frame. Cracks can form at this weld in the frame. If cracks develop, the frame can fail and cause the fork and front wheel to unexpectedly separate from the rest of the bicycle during use, posing a fall hazard to riders.

No injuries have been reported to date. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles. Rossignol is contacting all known purchasers directly and offering a free replacement front triangle of the bicycle frame, including installation.
