The specific product and batch numbers included in this recall are stamped on the silver-colored front fork bottom piece. The affected units are identified by the following combinations: Product Number FGKT with Batch Number 1586 or 309632; Product Number FGHO with Batch Number 1596 or 309640; and Product Number FGKT with Batch Number 1596, 309628, or 138461.

These forks were sold at off-road bike stores nationwide from November 2014 through May 2015 for approximately $3,500. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. Consumers should stop using motocross bikes equipped with these front forks immediately and contact Öhlins for a free replacement and installation of a new cartridge kit in the fork.
