The recalled product is a blue, horse-shaped plush stuffed rattle with four legs, two of which are rattles, and one has a mirror. The horse features an abacus bar with three beads attached to its back. The name "Clip Clop" is written on a green name tag on the side of the horse, and the Playgro logo appears on a sewn-in seam label. Batch code numbers 010053 or 010082 are printed on the back of the label, and UPC code 9321104011459 is located on the product packaging.
The abacus ring on the horse's back can dislodge and release the small beads, which poses a choking hazard to small children. No incidents or injuries have been reported. About 18,000 units were sold at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com from November 2020 through January 2021 for about $5. The products were manufactured in China.
