The firm has received one report of a pedal detaching, resulting in a rider falling off the bicycle and scraping their knees and finger. The bicycles were sold exclusively online at Running Trainer's website, www.run4.com, from May 2016 through September 2016 for about $900. An additional 5 units were sold in Canada.
