The toys measure 10 inches by 7.5 inches by 9.5 inches and feature a yellow base stand with a post and four rattling rings. The rings have Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck characters attached, three of which wear small plush fabric hats or bows. The Hallmark logo and "itty bittys" are printed on a sewn-on tag attached to the toy's base.

The recall is due to a choking hazard, as the fabric hats and bows can detach from the toys. Hallmark has received one report of a fabric bow detaching, but no injuries have been reported. About 5,800 units were sold in the United States, and an additional 200 were sold in Canada. The toys were sold at Hallmark Gold Crown stores nationwide and online at Hallmark.com and Amazon.com from June 2016 through July 2017 for about $30.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and take them away from children. Hallmark will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the toy and a $40 Hallmark Gold Crown gift card.
