The toys were imported by JW Crawford, Inc., of Monroe, N.Y., and manufactured in China. They were sold online at Amazon.com and eBay.com from February 2016 through July 2016 for about $12. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and contact Dazzling Toys for a full refund. The company is also contacting consumers who purchased the toys.
