About 35,000 units were sold exclusively at H-E-B and H-E-B Plus stores in Texas from April 1, 2015, to April 3, 2015, as a prize for accumulated purchase points. The products were manufactured in China. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled kaleidoscopes, take them from children, and return them to an H-E-B store for a refund of purchase points that can be used for another item.
