The recall involves round chairs measuring 88 and 98 inches in diameter, available in various colors and sports-themed patterns. A tag sewn into the cover seam reads "Made By Comfort Research" and "100% Polystyrene."

The zippers on the exterior covers of these chairs can be opened by children. If a child crawls inside, they can become entrapped, suffocate, or choke on the foam beads inside the chair. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.

The chairs were sold between January 2010 and October 2013 for between $30 and $40 at retail stores nationwide, including Burlington Coat Factory, Kroger, Meijer, Kohl's, Target, Toys R Us, and Walmart, as well as online retailers such as Amazon, Bean Bag Company, Groupon, and Wayfair. Consumers should immediately take the recalled chairs away from children and check for zippers that can be opened.
