The "Koala Baby" brand name and size are printed on the soles. Specific model and item numbers are printed on tags sewn into the ankle straps or on the soles, depending on the color and sole type.

About 19,000 of these sandals were sold at Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores nationwide and online at toysrus.com and babiesrus.com from February 2014 through September 2014 for about $13. The sandals were manufactured in China. Consumers should immediately take the recalled sandals away from young children and return them to any Toys R Us or Babies R Us store for a full refund.
