Plain-English summary

Arctic Cat Inc. is recalling about 3,260 model year 2014 Arctic Cat XF 7000 and ZR 7000 snowmobiles, as well as model year 2015 XF 7000 and ZR 7000 snowmobiles. The recall involves vehicles sold in green, black, orange, and white color combinations. All 2014 XF and ZR models are included. For 2015 models, the last six digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) must be between 100920 and 100993 for XF 7000 models, or between 100792 and 100919 for ZR 7000 models. The VIN is located on a sticker attached to the chassis near the rider's right foot rest.

The fuel line assembly on these snowmobiles can leak fuel, which poses a fire hazard. No injuries or fires have been reported in connection with this defect.
