The sets feature plastic figures, including drivers named Safari Sam and Mighty Mike, which have removable blue or yellow plastic hats.

The recall is being issued because the plastic hats pose a choking and aspiration hazard for children. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is aware of one incident in which an 18-month-old child placed a hat in their mouth and began to gag or choke, though the toy was removed and no injuries were reported.

Consumers should immediately remove the plastic hats from the Safari Sam and Mighty Mike figures. They should then contact Infinitoy, Inc. toll-free at (888) 558-0933 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, or visit www.infinitoy.com and click on Safety/Recall to exchange the hat for a free replacement figure.
