The specific lot numbers involved are 0432AL1781 and 1283CL1781 for Women's Ultra Mega; 1029BL1783 and 1030BL1783 for Ultra Mega Active; 1450CL1789 for Ultra Mega Energy and Metabolism; and 0785BL2863 for Prenatal Formula with Iron. These lot numbers are printed on the side of the bottle and on the bottom of the packaging. The affected bottles are white plastic with white labels and flip-top caps.

No incidents or injuries have been reported. Consumers should keep these products out of the reach of children and return them to the GNC store where they were purchased to receive a replacement bottle or a refund.
