Only "Stage 1" pacifiers are affected, which are identified by "Stage 1" and "Ortho" or "Bulb" printed on the package. The product features an oval-shaped mouth guard with "Pampers" molded on the handle side and is sold two per package. The pacifiers were sold in retail stores nationwide from April 2010 through February 2011 for about $6.

No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall. Consumers should immediately take the recalled pacifiers away from infants and contact Key Baby for instructions on returning the product for a full refund or a $10 coupon toward the purchase of any Pampers® Natural Stages products.
